MyCleanThe service
MyClean gives a cleaning or garden business a booking website, a way to run its team and a record of its clients and jobs. It is provided by JS Software Services, South Africa.
Businesses
- A business pays a monthly fee, quoted when it joins. If a payment is late there is a 7 day grace period. After that the business's website and sign-ins are switched off until the account is paid up. Nothing is deleted when this happens.
- The business is responsible for what it puts on its site, for the prices it sets, for the work it does and for looking after its clients' information as the responsible party under POPIA.
- The business keeps its own data. It can ask for a copy at any time and can end the service by telling us.
Clients
A booking is an agreement between you and the business. MyClean only passes the request along. Payment, cancellations, refunds and any problems with the work are between you and the business. MyClean never holds your money.
Fair use
Do not use MyClean to break the law, to send spam, or to look at information that is not yours. Accounts used that way can be switched off.
Availability
We work to keep MyClean running and back it up every night, but we cannot promise it will never be down. We are not responsible for losses that come from the service being unavailable, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
These terms may change. We will say so on this page, and businesses will be told by email about changes that matter to them.
